Professor Nazim Muradov, Chair of Research and Sciences. Dr. Nazim Muradov joined the University of Central Florida’s (UCF) Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) in 1990. His main areas of research include thermocatalytic and photocatalytic hydrogen production systems, solar-powered water-splitting cycles, advanced biofuels, fossil fuel decarbonization, hydrogen sensors, radiant detoxification of hazardous wastes and nanostructured carbon materials. Dr. Muradov has been principal investigator (PI) and co-PI of close to $7 million in externally funded research projects from such funding sources as US DOE, US DOD (Navy), NASA, EPA, Chevron, Qatar National Research Priorities, RMIT University (Australia), FL-DACS, PetroAlgae, SAIC and others.

Chef Emil Gumbatov, Master Chef. Executive Chef- Carnival Cruise Line (CCL) Miami, Florida. 20 years of international culinary experience in 5 star quality operations, experience in European, Arabic, Turkish, Russian and Iranian Cuisines. The ability to cater up to 1500 PAX events with simultaneous management of all other F&B outlets and kitchens, working in a regular mode. The ability to work with multinational kitchen team, to control payroll and food cost budgets.
